If you have a large family it is perfect as you would each have your own bedroom which could have it's own TV, also a florida villa will generally have at least 3 bathrooms in it, so no more fighting over the toilet and shower, which means you can get ready for the day ahead a lot quicker! Value - Along with quality, this is probably the main reason why people stay in a villa in florida. Why would anyone want to stay in a small hotel room for £40 per night when you can pay a little extra and have your own home? This is especially useful if you have 2 or 3 families, you would save a lot of money by staying in a villa in Florida as you pay for the villa and NOT per person or per room! Once you have stayed in a Villa in Orlando, Florida - you will never want to stay in a hotel again! I personally have stayed in both the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Disney's Animial Kingdom lodge, which are two of Disney's best hotels, they were very very nice but the rooms were very small and what I paid per night in the Grand Floridian, I could get 5 nights in a Florida villa! Sure you can stay in a cheap hotel for £50 per person per week in Kissimmee but it just is not good value for money, two beds next to each over with a little TV, the noise of all the other hotel guests and the road noise - the best value really is a villa in Florida!

There will be something for everyone - for those who want to be within a few minutes drive to Disney, to those who want to be away from it all when they get back in the evening! Most Florida Villas will be in villa communities either East or West of Disney and close to main driving routes (I4, US192 (Kissimmee) and Highway 27) so you will always be close enough to the theme parks. If you are looking at Kissimmee villas there are literally hunderds of places to eat in kissimmee on the US192. For the wider area there are thousands more places to eat in the Orlando area, so if you want to eat out you will not be short of choice!
